'... that was the comment from one of my obese collegue who has problem in reducing her own weight 3 days ago.Another is trying to reduce weight but showed no attempt except by exercising her mouth either by chewing food or chatting (gossiping I would rather call it). Its frustating when these kind of people stays around the vicinity of my life. Sickening in fact.
Anyway, at this point my weight starts to yo-yo within one week but luckily when its time for weighing in, it came reasonably to the desired weight.
My choc cravings came again.Wonder if the scale would reflect my feelings this week.

I knew by me not adhering to my own diet regime will bring up the weight. I blame it holistically on the holiday season and the wedding receptions that i have to attend to the last 2/52 that unable me to exercise and went into eating feast. Of course the strength my self discipline plays a role too. I didn't chart this down but last week my weight was 66.0kg. Frightening !. So I went back to swimming (wonderful activity) and evening aerobics and of course calorie intake watch.Still 4 kg to go. Might realign my goal to further reduce to 56kg. Hope to achieve it.

Festive season and courses has made food intake control tough.Nevertheless I have tried to continue my exercise regime.

My cravings are coming back. I just had to have that sweet bite. i crunch in on 1 donuts and ice creams.Wish the cravings would just go away.....
