I'm having a bit of a hard time. My first week, I was doing great, I still had all of my weekly points to use during the weekend, but this week, I've already gone through all but 2 of my weekly points, I've been having really bad cravings ( I'm trying to eat good stuff during cravings), and I've had a hard time tracking my points. I have gone to the gym twice this week, and I'm going again today- which is good, and I have not gone so far as to really "cheat", but, for example, yesterday I had 2 skinny cow ice cream sandwiches instead of the only having one- even though I wasn't really hungry- I really just wanted to munch as I was on the internet. I need to learn to snack on veggies when I wanna snack. Also, I am really good about water intake while I'm at work, but at home...argg- I just don't really drink water, and getting into the habit is really hard.

For the next 2 days, I will work on
- drinking 80 oz of water
- not giving into the munches- go for veggies, not sweets!
- tracking points.
