I've saved up 30 of my 35 weekly flex points- I'm thinking I would like to go out for a "treat" dinner tomorrow or Sat- have a great dinner that I don't have to think about- maybe even dessert. I'm off to research some food at outback steakhouse- if I know what I can safely have I will enjoy it all the more. I'm pretty happy with myself this week- I've done pretty well ( although I should have worked out more). Life is pretty good.!

So, I had a crazy big craving for a Mcdonalds Sausage Biscuit and an Orange juice, and I gave in to the craving- 15.5 points down the drain, just on breakfast!!! But, I ate it- I'm not going to feel bad about it. I'm going to get right back on track with a very light lunch ( large salad with Salad Spritzer dressing....1 point), and I'm not going to let this hiccup ruin my diet for today, for this week, or for forever!!!

well, I only lost one LB this week, but I think thats ok- at least I'm losing, right? I would love to have another 4 lb week, but that was my first week and I know it doesn't work like that.
oh well- losing a LB is better than gaining a LB, and if I look at it that way, it's almost like I lost 2!!!!

I'm trying to find anyone who has tried Alli, the FDA OTC weight lose drug- it's suppose to increase your lose while on a diet by 25%- has anyone tried it while on WW?
