WHAT AM I DOING WRONG???
Thank you to all...I do want to add I don't put my suppers in the app for some reason I forget but I try to stay around 1300. I need to exercise I definately no this I wish I could just do it and not talk about it. I can do this!!!!!

WHAT AM I DOING WRONG???
OK please look at my food journals....tell me were I am going wrong. I no I am not exercising but....the diet part I can not lose I have lost 13 pounds since March 28 and this is so depressing because I feel I am doing great. Am I sappossed to have so many carbs, protein, fat, what. I am eating 1300 calories a day PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND!!!!!

HEY NIMM THANKS FOR THE INFORMATION I AM ACTUALLY ON A CALORIE COUNTING DIET AND TRY A BALANCED DIET BUT IT SEEMS I GET ONE GOOD SUCH AS CALORIES AND MY CARBS ARE OUTRAGEOUS OR FAT OR PROTEIN IT IS SOOOO HARD TO BALANCE IT OUT WITH EACH SNACKS, MEALS.
