The past few days have been going really well, lastnight my family had drumsticks for dessert and I didn't have one and wasn't even tempted too!!! very happy about that.
I am really enjoying this health way of life, I just feel so much better. I have also been exersising so I hope to be down another pound for next week.

I am happy to report that I have lost 1.5 lbs this past week! I know its not a huge amount but I am really happy with it!
I am feeling btter and sleeping better too, so weightloss is not the only benefit!

Made it through day 5 and stayed away from the salted nuts, I also drank 12 glasses of water to try and flush out all that salt from the nuts that I had during the week. no more salted nuts!
I also stayed away from the scale this morning and will continue to do so until Monday morning.
I really hope that today is another good day. Yesturday was good except that in the morning I was was sooooooo hungry! I'm really hoping that won't happen again cause it makes it hard to stick to a plan. and if I'm hungry like that I'll eat more food but I feel guilty, even though its P1 friendly, hoping I can get past that.
Does anyone have any advice? I would like to eat until I am satisfied without the guilt. I know that I was hungry and not just thirsty.
