Today is the start of day 5 and I snuck a peek at the scale and it said that I lost half a pound, was a bit disappointed but I know that this is not a quick fix diet so that put me back in my place!
My official WI day is Monday so I will be sure to stay off the scale until then.
B: 1 low sodium v8 shot, 2 poached eggs and 2 pc turkey bacon, 1 c milk.
s: Celery with pb.
L: Large salad with ranch and beans with 2 pc lf turkey meat.
s: Cheese string and cucumbers
D: Steak,beans(black with spices) large salad, roasted veg maybe.
Not too sure what else will be on the menu.

Today is the start of day 4 for P1. Doing great so far, no screw ups! Can't wait to get into P2.
I went to the south beach boards yesturday but they are down again, what a p*ss off!! I love that board so hopefully it'll be up again very soon.
So I am going to start exersising again today, noth too difficult just a WATP dvd. Heres to anothe rgood day!

After I got back from my cruise and througout Christmas I totally did not follow SB. So today I started P1 again.
