Today was the beginning of National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week here at work... and they ordered us Pizza... so I decided today was going to be my big cheat day before I do my high protein week (starting tuesday). So I had a horrble day and I feel so fat right now.. but ... its out of my system... I consumed 3000 calories... yuck.. days like this keep me motivated to watch my food the rest of the time because it reminds me how yuckie i feel when I eat like this!!! I also was wearing jeans and my old belt (the one I bought when I started working this job almost a year ago) and noticed that the last hole on it is an inch and a half too big from waht i need now to keep my pants from slipping down.. and back then (even back around christmas time) that last hole was a little tight.. so even though I have really only lost 4 lbs since january... I've lost 1.5 inches around my hips... that was pretty encouraging.

Since I work so much in the next week (108 hrs in a matter of 10 days), I've decided I am going to make a drastic change in my eating habits for the next week and see if I can get past my plateau... I'm going to stock up on fruits, and high protein items, and try to greatly increase my protein and lower carbs and fat.

Today my workout consisted of:

The Core Challenge
50 crunches - exercise ball
15 pushups
1 min plank
30 sec side plank each side
1 min bridge
15 pushups
1 min plank
50 crunches - exercise ball
1 min plank
2 min bridge
50 crunches - exercise ball

Lunge Challenge
Day 10 60 lunges each leg

Arm Challenge
Day 9 (i apparently skipped a day so tomorrow ill do day 9)
8 tricep dips
8 push ups
15 mountain climbers

Thigh Challenge
Day 9(apparently i skipped two days here..will start with day 9 tomorrow )
30 lateral lunges each leg
55 scissors
20 fire hydrants each leg
30 plie squats

Treadmill 12:30 - 1 Mile - on Random Hills max speed 6.5 max incline 15

Well,two days since my last workout.. feeling like a failure.. but .. blah it happens right? Well in my challenge mode this month I've decided not to skip any days so when I miss workout days I start with the last day I did and keep going and try to catch up. I'm gonna get back on track if it drives me crazy! Ive been craving bad food so bad and always feel so guilty after i endulge.. but I have been able to at least eat in small portions despite the not so healthy food im not gorging, so thats good. I've gained weight but feel thinner so I think it is just muscle weight. Last day I did of all the challenges was Day 8, so here was todays workout:

12 Min - .96 mi on the random hills program of treadmill with max speed of 6.5 and max incline fo 15.
