Today has been A GOOD day again. I am doing rather well, without caffine, better than i thought i could, really!!!! WOW
My atkins dieting is going well also, today is day 6 of atkins, will weigh on sunday or monday, we'll see.
i feel good though.
have a great rest of the week!!!!

day one, of EAT RIGHT AND EXERCISE CHALLENGE
AND NO MORE CAFFINE!!!!
i am a caffine addict,for sure!!! BUT,...................
SINCE thursday, 10-30-08 have had zero caffine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ITS NOT EASY ,let me tell you!
I am on day #3 of atkins today and i am feeling good.
Measurements are as follows
Chest 41&1/2
waist 38
hips 43
rt.thigh 22 & 1/2 left thigh 21 & 1/2
there it is, NOT PROUD of any of those #numbers at all!!~~~
I am gonna see a difference
one week from today i will measure again, on nov. 10th -08
I am gonna stay very busy today,lots of outside stuff to clean up, and house cleaning and the tredmill and ab lounger as well, also, some weights.
wish me luck on this new journey

DAY #1 for me, i did really well today on my food intake, cannot figure out how to add to my food diary, so this is it here. NO COFFEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I made it, no coffee, was rough too.
DAY one of back on atkins as well.
doing good, yes a GOOD DAY!!!! whew hew!!!!!
tomorrow will do measurements and post them here in my journal, and my food intake as well.
My actual weight for start of atkins is 180lbs. WHEN I WENT to the doctor prior to have outpatient surgery on oct.31st2008-is what his scale said, i know mine has been from 160-164 on here. MY DOCTORS scale said it all, I wanted to cry my head off my scale was OFF big time, i knew i did not like the 160's and when i got on that dang scale i the docs i wanted to scream bloody murder!!!!!!!!I knew then that NOV.1st.2008 was gonna be some changes made, so, now i need to figure out how to change here, so, if you see the profile,of my weight scale its gonna look a little crazy, but, its gonna go spiraling down, guarenteed, because i am worth it, and thats that.(lol).

Good Morning to all
I know my challenges start on the 3rd of nov., but,the quicker i
can do the "no caffine" the better for me,really, not oh well,i have 2 more days til the 3rd, have it!! THAT was the old me, starting NEW..................NO caffine!!! TIS BODY will proabably go into shock! HA!
wish me luck, because i am a coffee addictive addict like you cannot believe, truely!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am!!!
well,gonna try to brake that, wish me luck.
