lose it baby
I have not lost but gained since 2015 I was so good at dieting before I could throw off 10lbs in a week! Now those yo yo diets have caught up with me
I was 135 2yrs ago last June 150 now 165....( 10-15 lbs weight gain a year)
Ahhhh.
This time there will be no more dieting,
instead portion control and lifestyle change.
I was snacking 24 hours a day and working nights does not help.
I had breakfast, lunch, dinner then still ate another dinner 3am at work, sometimes I would have breakfast at work then come home and have breakfast again.... plus snacked all day due to lack of sleep.
Lack of sleep and working nights throws your body completely off...
my Vow:
I will no longer have 2 sets of dinner or breakfast.
1.PORTION CONTROL
2. PUTTING A little fat into my meals so they are not bland and will satisfy me ....salted meat or beacon or hot sausage will be my secret weapon (just a small amount)... need that salty fatty taste so I don't keep snacking.
Yikes I am so tired of not fitting my pants and I REFUSE to buy new dresses or pants :(
I have been an athlete all my life but having gone through a stressful period the last 2 years really sent me down a rabbit hole, I forgot where my Gym was and found Walmart's grocery and snacks a better destination :( within that time I gained 30lbs.
I am set to climb Mount Whitney the 2nd tallest mountain in the US..so I need to get my weight off. I have confidence that this community is just what I need.
I hate M&M...yummy Ahhhhhh not yummy! NO... think carrots YES carrots are better... peace everyone.
Let's take it one day at a time.
nice to meet you ;)
