At the lowest I've been in 4 years. My body seems to have decided that it can let go of the weight. I'm not really doing much other than fasting 16 hours per day and keeping my calories around 1600ish. Some yard work but not particularly strenous.
The weather has cooled down which means my body is letting go of the water weight I hold on to during the hot, HOT summers.
Down 2 sizes to a 14. If I follow my usual, I'll be in a 12 at around 175-170. I don't get lower than a 12 because of my height (5'8 1/2"), I just fit it better.

losing 3.5 lb a week

Begin date: 5-19-16
Beginning weight: 222.8
Total loss: 26.8
Another 1/2 lb loss. I haven't weighed, measured or recorded food since leaving on vacation and am continuing to lose. I am eating carefully, watching portions, eating a lot of fresh out of my organic garden veggies and aiming at near 1 gallon of water per day.
I had gluten free pizza with friends and family yesterday after church. I normally wouldn't choose pizza, but enjoyed it and stopped when I had eaten an appropriate portion.
Both sides of my family have Diabetes issues. I decided to deal with my insulin resistance before it got too late. Now with my insulin levels coming under control, my eating is easily under control. I bought Dr. Jason Fung's new book "The Obesity Code" and will start reading it this week to learn more.

losing 1.8 lb a week

Started May 16 222.8 lbs total weight lost = 25.8
Couldn't be happier - went on a 10 day vacation and lost 3 lbs. Ate with family and enjoyed good food, great conversations, a glass or two of wine, restaurants, even a bit of fudge, all to moderation and with eating on my intermittent fasting protocol of daily fasting 16 hours and eating in an 8 hour window. Didn't count calories or weigh myself, just made good choices. YIPPEE!
Unfortunately, I also had a 48 hour unplanned fast in the mix because we received a phone call in the middle of the night that my niece had had a life threatening, terrible roll over accident in another state. We couldn't get to her and didn't know if she was going to live or die. I fasted and prayed for her, and was so blessed that through changing my ways of eating, I have built up the discipline to be able to do so. The awesome news is she is recovering, very banged up but all who were at the scene said she should have died.
NOW... to keep it up where I have access to the fridge any time I want - that just might be the harder test, lol!

losing 1.5 lb a week
15 September 2016
Began May 16 at 222.8 lbs.
4 months - 23 lbs.
35-40 more to go.
I gained 5 lbs on a vacation so the last month or so has been relosing that weight. I'm heading out on another vaca and won't repeat the mistakes. I want to make progress more than I want an ice cream cone, lol!
WUNDERLAND - I haven't been there for 3 years, I intend to stay there forever this time. I now have the tools to do so. That's the most exciting part of this process. I'm never really hungry, which is the funny part. My hunger now is a normal, healthy hunger that we should feel a little each day. It doesn't drive me to do stupid things. I'm never "shaky" or irritable or light headed. I'm learning to recognize what true hunger feels like and where that fits in with the clock. If I'm "hungry" and it's not really time to eat it's usually thirst.
Intermittent fasting is my protocol. It's extraordinarily flexible. My compulsive eating is gone. I am able to eat what foods I want (within wise guidelines). I am eating in roughly a 6-8 hour window each day and in the range of 1600 calories. I am fasting 24 hours 1 or 2 times a week in addition when it fits with our social schedule.
