I've done well for the past week. No food binges and I've been stretching and exercising, walking mostly. today I plan to eat healthy and take a really long walk. 5 miles

To Infinity and Beyond Challenge
Thanks for the challenge, ended up at 150, didn't lose much but didn't gain either so I'm happy with that. Maintanance is good too.

infinity & beyond
I've been walking about an hour a day for this past week. Unfortunately eating WAY too much but miraculously didn't gain any weight. Stayed the same at 150. I have 10 more pounds to lose and am really having trouble sticking to my weight watchers points. I'm tired of my food after 5 months. I feel discouraged on one hand but very happy about the weight loss I have accomplished. Life is strange!
