Sunday 23 walked about 30 minutes, stretching
Monday 24 walked 35 minutes PT exercises
Tuesday 25 walked 5+ miles
Wednesday 26
Thursday 27 calisthenics walk 20 minutes stretching
Friday 28 snowshoe 2.5 hours stretch
Saturday 29 walked 20+ minutes hard, then several hours in Chinatown, Gastown, and Yaletown, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. :)

Ugh. Sad gain. Don't know for sure why...HA! Of course I do. A lapse in the exercise routine. A couple of emotional eating days. And whacked out hormones that leave me totally confused about what's happening when. THAT part hasn't changed. I'm a little more on track with the food. And getting plenty of exercise this week. Hopefully there will be positive results next time I weigh.

Well, I had a feeding the emotions binge yesterday. Really, for the first time in a very long time. I guess being conscious about it is better than just going on and on. While I did it, I know what I did and I can not keep going today. Ya know?
I have to go drive for a certification today. Actually for the next 10 days, most every day. The YMCA requires that one drive 3 hours under supervision before getting turned loose to drive for a program w/o supervision. I've been driving big vehicles for a long time, so this is mostly just annoying, but one of many of life's hoops to jump through.
And because emotions are out of whack and the weather is supposed to be relatively decent today, I'm going to do a 6 miles walk today...somewhere. Dunno where yet.
