Oh my gosh, I am SO hungry right now. It's very late, but I'm not tired, and my husband is at the hospital on call all night. I worked out twice as much as I usually do today, so it's understandable, but I am still SO hungry!!!!

So far I am sticking to my diet very carefully, but I am getting tired of the constant feeling of restriction. I am also, despite my best efforts, not becoming any more enthusiastic about working out. I do it, because I have an incentive to, but I am concerned that when I've reached my goal, I will slip back into poor workout habits.

We've been eating out a lot, and I'm doing a great job of sticking within my limits, but I worry that the listed values on restaurant websites are inaccurate. Also, carrying a lot of water weight right now, so we'll see in a week or so where I'm at.

So far, so good. The office is torture right now. Donuts, cookie cake, sun chips, and candy EVERYWHERE. But I have persevered :-). I just keep repeating..."I want to look good more than I want that cookie!"
I've also been working out fairly consistently, but I've switched over to cardio on the eliptical 4-5 times a week, which is so BORING!!! I was gaining weight, but happier when I was doing something different at the Y each day. I plan to stick with the eliptical till I've reached my goal, then switch back to the Y for maintenance. We'll see when I hit the next plateau.
