So tomorrow is the big day. I will wake up and weigh myself and get back on the ball. It's very hard with my family especailly my husband's family. We go to church together so every Sunday they want to go out to eat or have us over. They have terrible eating habits. I don't mean bad I mean terrible. My father in-law has a 385 cholestrol number and they are both probably tipping the scale at around 300 and they still don't change their life. I know I'm not one to talk as I have stayed this size for a while now. But if my husband and they have a older son and a teenage daughter living with them the daughter is terrified of gaining weight and one day is eating too much the next she is barely eating enough to survive and their son is always been too large and has many health problems and still they don't change. It's red meat everyday and I'm not kidding like 5 to 6 times a week. No joke. My husband loves to eat that way and I struggle with that everyday. Me an ex-veggie married to a meat head. lol So on Sunday it's major food and major calories. Then Monday I just want everything bad again. It's like a never ending circle. Time to get off the mouse wheel and take back control of my choices.
Sorry this is so long just had to get it off of my chest so I start new tomorrow in control and all my feelings out there. Keep Smashing everyone and move that body!!

So basically I've been off the diet for like a week. I;ve kind of been going through a rough patch lately. So I found comfort in my old friend food. Darn it!! So Tuesday I will weigh in and start phase 1 again!! I'm okay with this I think I needed this time to kind of veg out and relax. Now it's time to get motivated and back on track. Keep Smashing everyone

My daughter is so funny. I can do the same work out to just music or music videos but if I put the actual program on she throws a fit and cries. I don't get it. The weekend was tough again. Messed up a little here and there with the family but it's okay I'm on track again. I think I'm just not going to get down on myself for the weekends, I'm going to do the best I can to follow it but still enjoy my weekend with my family. Well that's it I hope everyone had a great weekend.

It's been officially 1 month since I started this journey. I've lost 13lbs and I feel very good about that. I just want to keep it coming off. I have 22lbs more to go before April 16 to reach my mini goal weight. This site has been a great inspritation and a great tool during this journey to health. I truely Thank all of you who have written me and encouraged me and Keep Smashing!!!

Maybe yesterday was just a bad day to weigh in. Retaining water or something. I got up this morning did my usual morning stuff to get my husband and son off to work and decided to step on the scale while I was in the bathroom. And I'm very happy I did!! So I'm back on track and feeling good. Now if only I was on track with my house work, too. lol
