Well my husband got me sick this week so I'm on an on/off kind of mood with the diet. My head and ears are killing me so I don't feel like doing much of anything especially cooking so I'm just grapping whatever is handy. I know excuses, excuses!! I will get back on track!!! That's a promise to me!

So I really didn't stay on this weekend, spending the weekend with the family it's just too hard. During the week while it's just me and my girl I can take control of my eating and do fine. During the weekend my husband is kind of like it's the weekend I'm not eating brown rice and beans. And he isn't a veggie person to begin with. lol I hope everyones weekend was good. I'll be weighing in on Friday I think so I'll get a full week of eating right and exercising. Get Smashing everyone!!!

Day 3 - Well I just had to weight myself and see if it's working again repeating phase 1. Well atleast that was my excuse. I'm doing pretty good yesterday I did slip up and have some oatmeal cookies with my son and daughter but I really watched my dinner while the family had tacos I just made a salad with black bean chili and salsa. Today is a new day and time to get up and eat and move my body some. And I need to clean this house so I think that will be most of my work out today. Keep Smashin everyone!!

Day 2 of ph1 - I did pretty well yesterday I stayed on track with my food but didn't excercise. So day I will add in some cardio. I woke up late today with the little one so I just finished eating breakfast so I'm a little behind on my meals today. My son (12)is so great he got up this morning and made french toast and I had to tell him I'm sorry I can't eat that. So I made myself an egg white omelette with so black beans chili and salsa on top. Now it's time to get up off my butt and move it around some to burn off these pounds!!! Keep Smashing everyone!
