I haven't really changed in weight lately. I did pretty well over the holidays. Better than I thought. I really wasn't tempted to over eat. I had one holiday meal at my house, so when I do all the cooking I don't usually eat much after working on all the food. Then other gatherings I found I don't like to overeat in front of other people because then it will give reason to say on wonder I am over weight. I also got through my first finals week just before the holidays! I did really well on all of them. I think by keeping busier than I used to is reducing my mindless snacking I used to do when I was home all day long with my kids.
However, I just got Bob Greene's Best Life Diet, Book. I am really liking it so far. It is really inspriring me to make some more changes for the better to hopefully help me lose my weight that I want to shed. Well, I guess that is all for now.

I am doing pretty well, I have been really cutting back on portion sizes, and trying to little bits of exercise when I can. I find that the busier I am the less I tend to snack, which is helping too. I did well over thanksgiving and am looking forward to seeing family at Chirstmas.

I had a great day today! I did well with my eating plan and even got in a little exercise. I also managed to get some of my housework done. I trying to get as much done as I can because I'm getting ready to write a research paper for my pyschology class. I'm a little worried that when it gets down to crunch time that I will cave and start eating to cope with the stress of getting everything done. Anybody have any ideas?

I have been quite well so far following my food plan and staying with in my points. However this morning I seem to retaing alot of water. I have been drinking a lot of water like I'm supposed to, I don't understand this. My fingers are so tight that they kind of tingle. I hope that as the day goes on it will get better.
