Current Weight 232
lbs. lost 8
Measurements: lost 4" in waist and 4.5" in hips. arms are the same, but then, i use my arms in my job a lot, so that was expected.
Biggest Challenge after 30 days? staying out of my eating ruts. As the initial enthusiasm gives way to daily grind, it's harder to say no to easy food from a restaurant. But I'm not giving up!

How sore are you?? not nearly as sore as DVD #1. I like this one better!

-Hardest part of the workout?? Still crunches. My abs are wussies.

-Favorite NEW move of the workout?? Tires

-Does workout seem to be the next step in the challenge?? Yes

-How long is it taking you to do the workout?? around 45 minutes

#8

Total pounds lost?? 11

-Which workout plan are you doing?? A, B or C?? A

-You are at the halfway mark of your first 90 days - what is your overall well being?? Better, worse or about the same?? Better, not so achy all the time, especially in my back.

-Do you think you will need supplements to help or is the diet alone working?? Diet alone is working, but I ain't gonna lie. The idea of supplements to speed things up is alluring.

-Did you like the new FREE food of spinach?? yes, even though I'm not crazy about spinach. The idea of being able to eat something without it "counting" is comforting to the persistent little voice inside my head that tells me every time I stop at 400 calories that I'm gonna be hungry. It's not true, but hard to silence.

#9
DVD #3?? Is it harder than #2? YES!!!!!

-Do the DVDs progress at a good pace?? I'm finding DVD #3 to be very hard, but in all fairness, i didn't keep up with the exercise during DVD #2 very well.

-DVD #3?? Hardest part?? up and down and up and down, i can't even begin to keep up

-Favorite new food that you eat now?? baked apple - thanks for the tip

-Any foods you are tired of after changing your diet?? chicken. is that a bad sign?

-Was it hard getting back on track after the holiday?? no, i noticed some of the achy-ness coming back after my holiday let down, so I'm re-motivated!
