dinner was awesome - ground steak, with mushrooms and onions, and roasted cauliflower. Then for dessert I put some whipping cream in a mug with some vanilla extract & splenda - whipped it a little then added hot coffee - oh yum! Good evening :-)

Why are so many people cheating? - I don't want to hear what you cheated on - I want to hear that you are following the program and how awesome you feel! Come on guys! Let's just do what we're supposed to do and encourage each other!!! I'm beginning to think, "hey, everybody else is cheating, might as well" Are we trying to get healthier or are we just on "a diet?" There are things to eat if you are having cravings that are still healthy for you!!!!

One more week, and I can walk again!!! Made it through Easter with no cheats - wasn't even tempted!! When I think of how healthy this is making me . . .!! One of the nurses at my church went to a wound care class last week, and told me that your body needs lots of calories and protein to heal. So I'm thinking that Atkins has been great for the healing of my knee!!!! :-)

haven't been able to weigh in almost 6 weeks, but I'm really starting to see a change in my body. Clothes are really loose, which is nice! When you see changes like this, it makes it easy to stick to the plan and realize that you are helping your body!

heavy whipping cream, coco & splenda - yummo - may try adding some sugar free pudding to the whipping cream instead of coco and splenda tonight - nice treat
