Its been a journey but im happy with my results and can't thank the people enough who have supported me ....i was losing a pound a day by doing a raw diet with fruits and vegatables and eating lots of protien and fiber....i also go to the gym everyday early morning and work out about one - two hrs a day. Im also new to this site which makes its hard to record my weight lost path so i decided to record the beginning weight up until today. Which you can clearly see my results. they say you can only lose a pound a week but i have proven this statement wrong. With alot of hard work at the gym healthy eating but a very strict diet i lose 3-6 pounds a week(sometimes every other day or everyday a pound would drop). I still eat some things i want and it doesnt effect my weight lost( the key is not to deprive yourself) i drink nothing but water and it really helps. Hope all is well with everyone weight lost and i will continue to update. :)
