Im 19 years old and has always stuggled with weight loss up until june 2010. I finally said this was enough and went to the gym and worked out and realized how good it felt when i did. One day turned into two months and i have stuck with it and as of july 29 i've lost 23 pounds and will continue to lose more. :) But currently my weight loss has slowed down but thats not going to stop me.
