STAYING UNDER 1800 CAL. UNDER 75 GMS CARB. BEING ACTIVE WITH GARDENING AND WALKING. BACK IS REAL BARRIER, HAVING A LOT OF PAIN AND NUMBNESS - WORKING THROUGH IT. MAYBE IT'S STRESS FRO PAIN MAKING WT LOSS SLUGGISH. STILL WORKING ON BUILDING MUSCLE AND STRENGTHEN ING. STILL FRUSTRATING AS WITH ING THE MODKETO RATIOS.

Clothes looser, but weight not going down very quickly. Staying within and under 75 grans carb per day. Working on evening out blood sugars, still getting peaks and lows/

blood sugars doing better, not as much fluctuation, getting more energy, weight going down, edema mostly down. unfortunately back is acting up, feeling irritable with the pain
