I've been a dispatcher at the 911 Center here for 21 years. I have 9 to go until I can retire. I want to be healthy when I do! We work 12 hour shifts and I work nights....have been on night shift for almost all of my career here.
I have 14 cats and a dog, a husband and a handicapped adult-kid at home. My daughter got out of town a while ago and I miss her!!

How do you handle your children?
My son won't eat fruit or veggies. Potatoes and applesauce...that's it. He takes Yummy Bears whole food supplements. He'll eat them with no problem. I know that's not the best way to go, but it's something.
