So I am not sure where to start with my "Weight Story". I was always overweight...always. At 18 I weighed in at 228lbs, my biggest ever. That is when I knew that I need to change, that I didn't want to be big forever. I knew that it was only me that could change the way I not only looked but felt and that sitting around waiting for the weight to fall off was not going to do the trick!! So I woke up one day deciding that I was going to start eating better, I had to start somewhere. I had my down falls, went up and down in weight for a while but for the most part it was falling. As of today and 6 years later, I have lost 88lbs, currently at 140 I would like to be down to 125 and be fit. Yes I may have lost 88lbs and am sure that I am much healthier then I was at 228 but I also want to be "fit". I guess I am reaching out for help on how to "tone" up.
