I come in peace! Hello, noob here :P
Hi! I'm Tara and I'm from the Philippines.

I lost over 20 pounds 5 years ago on a diet plan that was tailored by a nutritionist and a doctor for me. Today, I've doubled what I've lost... plus more :S The plan was perfect but it was just my diet attitude that needed the tweaking. I'm going to suffer another yo-yo if I don't act fast. From November `08 to May `09 I lost 15 pounds. Come June, I gained 5 pounds back. I'm afraid I might gain another 15 pounds if this continues. As it is, its not looking too good, my weight is now taking its toll on my physical, mental and emotional health.

I've decided. I'm breaking up with the one and only thing that understands me the most and that is, FOOD. No, not breaking up completely (of course I do need it to survive) but rather, cooling off. I've been too reliant on it, running to it whenever waves of emotion overwhelm me. I want a constructive relationship with it--no more destruction!!! XP

I'm going to try and make new friends for my lifestyle changing journey; A track oval, an olympic sized swimming pool, maybe a bike someday and hopefully people here in TS who are going through the same thing! Its time for me to get physical! Come along with me?
