I ate two waffles at 3:30 am. Bad and I also ate hash browns. No no bad bad. Then today I woke up at 11:15 or so and didnt feel like eating anything. So just took a cup of prune juice for my digestion problems and then around 1:00 pm I started to cook. I cooked black beans, some poor rice and some grilled chicken with spicy salsa. It was kinda bigger in the sense that maybe I should have eaten less of it. Then I ate a 100 calorie pack of chips ahoys, bite size cookies. Then around 7 pm I had some coffee with 2%fat milk. For dinner around 9 pm I made a veggie burger, with veggie bun ketchup, mustard, onions and a slice of american cheese. I got hungry afterwards and ate like 6 remaining strawberries, which is better than eating cookies.

I officially lost 10 pounds. It has taken so long because i cant exercise....
