Hi my names Viv and i'm 34 i have tried every diet i can think of but just dont have the motivation sometimes and a real "o so what!" attitde to my weight sometimes.
Being single with teenage children also should make losing weight easier but to be honest it doesnt especially when the kids are out and you are in on your own then there is the eating cos you are lonely or not eating cos you have no one to cook for!! lol its a no win situation sometimes.
Also at 5'4 i carry my weight quite well no one ever believes i am as heavy as i say as its all carried in my mid section, hips and thighs so gets covered all the time and elongated by heels.
I walk my dog 3 miles through the woods and countryside most days but to be honest this isnt as much as it used to be, i used to walk her 3 times a day so my level of fitness is not what it was but im working on this cos moving your body is all part of losing weight (ok in theory wihen its cold outside :( )
I would like some diet buddies who i can chat with instead of getting the pack of biscuits.
