I am a 28 year old mother of a beautiful baby girl. I am trying to get back down to my weight before I got pregnant. Then possibly keep going depending on what is a healthy weight for me. I want to be healthy and set a good example for my daughter. I never want her to develope any of the body image issues I have developed. I knew it was time for a change when she started walking and I got winded just trying to keep up. Plus, my husband (soon to be ex) constantly telling me how fat and ugly I am helped light the weight loss fire inside me. I weighed roughly 265 after my daughter was born but managed to bring it down to 223 by the time I found this website. Now 75 pounds gone and I feel amazing! I still have a ways to go but I KNOW I'll get there!
