Well, I am on vacation and went off the diet a couple of days. I gained weight. in part, I'm sure is additional water weight. Got back on and am ok. I'm really struggling with cravings. I'm not hungry, I just want the food I used to eat like pizza and Mexican food. I try to use the keto recipes to substitute. I don't trust myself at the store even. I am trying to redirect my thoughts to more productive ideas like house cleaning and crafts. I still am not exercising.

gaining 3.8 lb a week

So, lost 1 pound again. I am glad to continue to lose but, 1 pound a week is soooooo slow. I would take 3 years to reach my goal weight. I need to up exercise. I'm, also, going to add a cheat meal to not feel I'm forever not living and enjoying my life. Plus, I have heard it is needed so your body doesn't acclimate to the non-food fasting and low carb diet.

losing 1.2 lb a week
09 February 2020
Well, my diet is going well. I might actually be eating too few calories. Less than 1000 calories. I am keeping net carbs low which is a challenge. I'm not exercising. I have joined the healthy Wage to lose 100 lbs in twelve months. I am thinking of joining one of the exercise challenges to get me more motivated. I work a double shift tomorrow though and that always makes me tired.

I had a big drop in weight this week after a consistent 1 pound a week losses. I'm not sure why it is now (5th week), except, I started some blood pressure medicine that also has a mild water pill with it. So, maybe I was holding on to water weight and I didn't work overtime and slept more. Still, a 7 lb. loss in one week was tremendous. I was wondering when all this effort was going to pay off. I am still consistently trying to adjust the diet and exercise to promote weight loss (and inches). Because of the lack of weight loss previously, I am watching my fats more and limiting them more. I am now drinking my morning coffee black and watching salad dressing size and butter on vegetables. I am trying to use different things for seasoning on veggies. Tonight I roasted my veggies with avocado spray oil and Everything but the Bagel seasoning. It was very good. I tried Italian dressing and didn't like it. I, also, am trying to eliminate the second meal before bed. This is a challenge for me as I'm used to eating after working the P.M. shift (11:30). I'm trying to just talk myself out of it by saying "just go to sleep". I am open to suggestions.

losing 8.4 lb a week
30 January 2020
tough week. I had an inflammation in my rib area and had to rest it. I'm just going to walk this week until it heals. I exercised 14 days last month so, my new goal is 20 days this month. I'm doing well on my diet but am not loosing very much at 1 lb. a week. I'm going to watch my fats closer and make sure I exercise. I lost 11 pounds last month but that was a lot of water weight. This month it's all actual weight loss. I need to measure myself as well. My clothes fit me looser. My Blood Pressure also skyrocketed with my injury and I've had to go back on medicine. Sometimes it makes me feel weak. I can walk though. I need to get more sleep as well. This week I have no overtime so, it's a good opportunity to develop better habits. How you doin?
