I had to work 4 hours that I forgot about and didn't get to the gym. Need to do 5 miles a day for the next 4. I am not losing weight; I appear to be healing I guess. Maybe the exercise will knock me through my plateau. I'm, also, concerned that I'm not in ketosis. I need to buy the strips to test.

I walked 4 miles (16 hour shift) at work today and it was the first day of Jillians' Challenge. I put my food on Tuesday instead of Monday. I put tomorrow's food on today.

Joined a walking challenge today to raise money for refugees with Jillian Michaels. I hope the walking will get me doing more exercise. I need to sleep more.
