Haven't recorded in two years. Not much of a change. Do band exercises three days a week for 30-45 min, weight exercises 2-3 days a week for 30-45 min, bike when the weather allows (as does my allergies)and started doing Zumba dvds at home twice a week (55 minutes). Absolutely no change.
Calories in are 1/4-1/3 of calories out per day so don't give me the math equation - it doesn't work here. Nutritionist told me I was not taking in enough calories and body is not burning properly. Hard to increase as I primarily eat veggies and fruits - protein is usually chicken breast - don't eat high calorie items. I eat breakfast, lunch and dinner with veggie & protein snacks in AM and afternoon so I am not hungry - usually don't even feel like eating but make sure I do. Just don't get it. Eating a balance of protein, fruits, veggies daily and proper carbs, fats and dairy couple times a week as skin and hair were getting very dry.
Labs are excellent, total cholesterol, LDL and HDL all normal, BUN & creatinine normal, BP 112/60. Weight just does not want to do a dang thing.

Back to keeping track this week. Have stayed in 1200-1400 calorie with water exercises most M-W-F and home exercises t-th-sa. When weather permits add 15-30 minutes of bicycle riding around the neighborhood. Added 1 serving of the "good" fats per nutritionist - weight has slightly increased/decreased but not dropping below 290 since March. Have kept fairly well to my diet plan. No fried foods, no fast foods, don't eat out very often, lots of salads with 1tlb or less of dressing, lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Chicken has been main 'meat' with occasional 93/7 ground beef. Unsweetened ice herbal ice tea or ice water is beverage. 1 serving of 1% milk or 2% cottage cheese every couple days.
