I know that I don't have much weight to lose, but I want to be in great shape. The stronger I get, the better I feel, and the more motivated I am to keep going.
I have lost 10 pounds so far, which is a lot for me. I am short, and I was on the top end of the BMI for my height! I knew if I didn't change, I would only continue to gain weight.
I have two young kids, and I enjoy playing outside with them.
My goal for this summer is to surf! I love the beach and ocean and have always wanted to surf. I view that as a sport where you need to be strong and lean.
