This time's for keeps!
OK, so now I'm pushing 200, and I have to do something.
Back to FatSecret; the only weigh I can lose weight is to write everything down.
Girl Scout cookies and 1/2 price after Valentine's candy will be thins to look out for. Lent is also coming up, so I have more incentive to eat healthy.

The Truth About Avocados
I love using avocados for tuna salad and chicken salad (instead of using bread / pita).

Food
Tracking what you eat is a big advantage. It also helps you to plan, even if it's something "bad." I already input my Dunkin Donuts Coffee Coolatta for a snack.
Also, I think the number is 3,500 calories per pound.
P.S. I grabbed a
muffin
left over from a meeting at work, so I input the muffin and will save the Dunks for tomorrow.
