I am in pretty good shape and workout just need to lose a few pounds to get that cut look in my abs. 5/16/10 169.5 lbs Neck 15 1/2" chest 41" biceps R 15 1/2" L 14 3/4" waist 34 1/2" hips 36" thighs R&L 22 1/2" We will see in 6 weeks
