body fat calipers 7 point measurements got me at approx 14% allow couple of percentage each way but i csn live with that...so just 4% body fat to shift

500g of Pigs liver in a cajun rub for lunch.The things I do to hit this protien target.At last i have now hit the stage where food is fuel, i am know longer bothered about taste .I knew this stage would come around at some stage just pleased its sooner rather than later.Last time idid a bulk igot so fed up of eating it becsme a chore and even if id been offered a delicious doughnut or a massive cheese burger with bacon the thought of eating it would fill me with dread , I was on 6500 to 7000 cals a day then. Cutting on 2800 is easier but now im not bothered abkut taste its easier. That said tea is chicken tikka breasts and bombay style potatos with 3 scoips of salted caramel shredz whipped into a psuedo angel delight consistency.

110.6kg or in other words about 1b chipped off this week.high carbs at approx 200g per day protien at 245+. average cals 2600. Hydration levels good before pic taken so not dehydrayrd.
