I lost 20 lbs on my own from June 10-Jan 11. Then I used Metabolic Max Jenny Craig with a pedometer and daily reading on mybodymedia to lose 70 pounds from Jan 11-August11. I am taking it from here on my own.
GOAL 1, GOAL 2 and GOAL 3 Met! On track for Goal 4 by November 30th!
Current fatsecret is: I walk 20 miles a week and work on making 1% of my daily exercise a vigorous activity by jogging or biking. My Next Weight goal is 20 lbs in 90 days before Christmas by going PALEO, adding Lifting to the activity list. After that then NEXT is: Getting my body into the Athlete range instead of Average range. Seriously.
