Back to work today...

I got on the scale and saw a smaller number than yesterday...which really is the point to all this. I'm very happy with my progress so far. June 1st I made the decision to start eatting right and I weighed in at 322.5 lbs. Today is June 6th and I weighed in at 316. 6.5 lbs in 6 days is nothing to sneeze at!!

Work is long...but it's alot easier not to cheat on a diet when you're locked up in jail LOL... at least that's been my experience!
