cry babies suck! seems like everytime someone speaks their mind, others gotta go for the drama queen mentality. i prefer those who can handle healthy debates, strong opinions, or points of view different then their own. if we all thought alike, life would be boring. as long as things are said to my face, i can respect whatever you got on your mind. it's the quiet backstabbers that piss me off. what a disappointment to find out friends aren't your friends.

well, it happened, i am up a pound, not to worry. i would like to think it's water, but it's been 2 days. according to my calcs, i didn't over carb, but stick is lighter, so i obviosuly did. possibly forgetting something, label wasn't accurate, or a mindless eating moment. i will work twice as hard, cut back on carbs for a few days, and push myself past it. even one pound hurts me mentally because that's how weight creeps back on, one pound at a time.
in it, to win it.
this is why i block my journal, so no one tells me it's ok, tomorrow is another day. it's not okay, we need to be diligent if we want to succeed, every gain means we're slipping, and that means a fall if we don't watch it.

10lbs till i reach my first goal. wow, who would have thought an addict could get help from a diet site, more specifically a food addiction group. after all, i was just overeating, not an addict. wrong
if i hadn't fixed what was wrong upstairs i would not have success on any diet. it'about the mindset. just like k8yk, we are on different plans, but changed how we view food. its helped me that i am addressed with total honesty, not "ah tomorrow is a new day" "we all fall off the wagon" that's for quitters who will never break the cycle. i can't associate with that mindset. i am sorry.
my mantra that gets me thru the day is our groups mission statetment, nothing tastes as good as being thin and healthy feels, and i will soon be one of the lucky cadets to graduate boot camp! thank you, my fearless and amazing leaders. thanks to my teammates. i feel so good, i am going for another 10-15 depending on how i look. this was only 4 months of my life, not years, and it feels incredible! so cheating is not an option.
