3 lbs from goal, and soon it will time to set up new goals. don't let others tell you tomorrow is a new day. take on your issues now. stalling is only denial with another name. if you have fat friends who are not on board with weight loss, it's time for new friends. misery does not need company. i hope my example will give my friends the courage to say they can do it; if not, i can't be their enabler anymore.
