i feel totally discouraged...i don't want to weigh in. i don't think i've gained much, but its been hard trying to get back on track. i'm just feeling down in general so its that much harder to cut back. i'm sure everyone here knows the feeling :( oh well, i'll try...see what happens.

well i knew at some point it would catch up with me :) oh well, its not a big gain so i'm not worried, plus i know i am on the verge of a girly problem so its all good. guess i just try to keep a closer eye on things. I have 2 weddings coming up this winter/spring, so its a good reason to stay on top of the game!

well i haven't been eating that great, but i think its ok. i am pretty sure i'm in a good groove now that i can have treats and it doesn't hurt me that much. I weighed myself today, but i won't mark it down. the scale said my weight went down which is a shock, BUT its an electronic one and the batteries are low...so i'm gonna get them changed and then weigh again. This scale also tells your fat content, hydration, muscle mass and all that...and the numbers seemed all a little 'off'...it said that at my lower weight i could still eat almost 2700 calories a day :S yah, i wish ;) so i will wait and see what the 'fresh' batteries say. it'll likely be a lot more accurate, which might stink but thats ok. i have been walking a LOT lately, so maybe my weight is down which is also totally great. of course, it won't be too long til we are buried in snow here :*( thats when i'm really gonna need to be careful, likely rely a lot more on you people here :)

well i guess i'm worrying for nothing...i assume my body must have adapted how it reacts with what i eat...maybe i boosted my metabolism a bit b/c this last month has been awful. i've had drinks and cake, fast food and hmmm well pretty much anything i've wanted ( while we were away ). BUT when i come home i always try to get right back on track...guess its working, b/c in almost 3 weeks i didn't gain anything :) yay for south beach! its actually an effective diet, who knew ;)

well i was gonna weigh in now that i'm home, but a girly issue has me thinking i'll wait. i don't think it would be accurate anyhow. That aside, i ate worse than a pig ( if thats possible ) while i was gone this last week and a bit and even tho i am not worried that i gained - in the sense that i'll be able to drop a pound or so w/o too much trouble ( i hope ), my concern is that i am craving junk tho :/ my game plan is to enjoy the remainder of the night, have a nice chocolate-ish snack b/c i'm dying for it right now, but i'll phase one for a week starting tomorrow, just to cut those cravings again. I hope it goes well...i'm sure i'll be whining if it doesn't :(
