Ahí voy más o menos. Un kilo a la semana. Gym todos los días de L-V, ayuno hasta medio día, menos de 1000 cal diarias: principalmente huevo y pollo. Suero de leche antes y después del gym, Hidroxycut y creatina antes del gym a las 12PM
