Happy happy Wednesday!. It's been a very good day. Early morning work for several hours. Catering in the restaurant business. the rest of the day was just a relaxing domestic day.

Good evening all, Happy Saturday, although it is almost ever. Long productive day at work. Home at a decent time and time to just chill. Made some comfort food, skinless chicken thigh and fries, all air-fried. YUMMY!!

Oh my goodness, what a day! First day off in 10 days. I thoroughly enjoyed the day. Sleep in this morning. Baked some mini loafs of sweet bread. Lightly sweetened to cover that sweet tooth. 1 mini loaf is 4 gram of fat and 435 calories. 1/2 loaf covers the cravings. Dinner was teriyaki chicken with tri-color pepper and cabbage.
8 grams of fat and about 850 calories. Everyone have a great week!!

Happy Tuesday!! It was a very long day. Broke down and had a red velvet cookie at work. It was good, but it was just wasted calories and fat grams. Once a month is not a bad thing. Made a quick dinner. Pulled Chicken with rice and black bean and corn salsa. Sriracha soy sauce. OMG, just enough heat.
