Good evening, I went back to work this morning. Had a short day, which was great. And i'm felling much better. Had breakfast for lunch today. Chicken breakfast burrito with potato rounds with a side of fruit. 34 grams of fat and 739 calories. All my fat grams for lunch. It was great and a light dinner.

Not a good start to the day. Had a battle with severe Afib. From last night into the this morning. Makes for not such good hours. But all is good now. Back in sinus rythmn. Had a good dinner, small portion of Carbonara and a side salad with low calorie balsamic vinaigrette. Absolutely Awesome!!

Wednesday breakfast. Fruit and the other half of the mini banana nut loaf from last night. Seattle Best coffee, the best.

Had a pretty good week. couple of slip ups. Off work late a short on time and nothing prepared. (my excuse) I got fast food. Not good at all and not food for the body. But I still dropped 2 lbs.

Happy Tuesday and I was off today. Busy all day long, errands and being domestic. Energy level is increasing every day. Had some surgery several weeks ago for sleep apnea. Now great sleep night!! Fried rice with blackened chicken tigh. 13 grams of fat, plus enough for lunch tomorrow.
