The differences between my husband and my goals around fitness is so crazy, it just speaks to how men look at it different. To quote, he said he weighed himself yesterday and that's the last time because it doesnt matter. Context, he is a heavy lifter doesnt do cardio. Like me his about 20 kilos overweight. Just amazed at his mindset. Maybe I can learn from that...

SO proud of myself. Shark week is incoming and no cravings like I normally have. Talking crazy addiction cravings, to be mentally free from that what a relief. Felt for something extra and had a lovely mango. Cant imagine eating like I used to...
Tips for people fighting food addiction: Fight it, its so tough in the beginning but its so worth it. Don't give into the cravings because if you do you feel worse after indulging or bingeing. One day at a time. One hour at a time... but things will get better.

This is going to have to be a journey based on how I feel and maybe measurements because the scale is showing nothing... I havent measured yet. But I feel better, I can make it to later in the day without crashing + sleep is amazing. I'm disappointed because other people lose alot when they start here nothing is happening with me. I'm not discouraged and I know I just need to keep on.

Absolute bombshell : I eat too little of the goods stuff, Im thinking this may be part of why I crave other things.
All good and well but now I need to figure out how to eat more to be fulfilled and stay away from the other shit. I am literally shocked, learn something everyday. I haven't been eating too much, I've been eating too much shit! When I cut out the shit and eat normally like I would every day its too little!
