I've always been active and have had a constant battle with my weight. I don't think I've ever had a flat stomach in my life and that is my goal. People tell me I have a "solid" figure, and that I carry myself well with my figure? Whatever that means. But I'm looking for a lean figure while still maintaining my curves. I find it hard to stick with the Abs Diet as I'm horrible at planning and I never make time in the morning to make a shake, so I've decided to switch to Weight Watchers. It's really the only thing that's worked for me in the past.
So my goal is to have a flat stomach by summer (if not at least "flatter")
