I have just returned from a 10 day vacation, which included a 7 day Alaska cruise (food, food, and, more food), and, even with all the food, I managed to maintain my weight. I walked the steps often and did a lot of walking through the various towns on our ports of call, and, we danced almost every night. Along with drinking lots of water, and watching my food intake, i am very happy to report my weight this month.

I have been taking Plexus Products, specifically the Tri-Plex for about 6 months now. It is really the only thing I have found, along with watching my calorie intake and exercising 3-4 times per week for at least a half hour. Even though I have only lost 20 pounds since I began, it is definitely working, and, slow and steady wins the race, right??? This is the lowest I have weighed since I started menopause over 15 years ago. I feel good, energized, my moods are better, my clothes fit better, I sleep better and, I am happy.
