Getting close to end of 1st week of Insanity exercise. I mean I have 2 more days. I didn't do all exercises properly(who can do that?). Also here and there I cheated on the menu. On the scale it's hard to say, in the mirror same but I feel somehow different in my skin.I mean I feel more fit. I really hope this will kick down my weight. I've lost very little weight this month. Sometimes I cheat, because I'm hungry or weak and the result is that I'm not losing that much weight.

But from the past I know that every single bit of effort matters. I saw at Vopli that she's aiming to reach 51. I'd like also, but these last kilos are killers and the effort to get rid of them it's quite big.And I personally don't think it is possible to get in perfect shape without workout.

Upgrade. Even if the scale doesn't show improvement in number and even if I thought the mirror doent show either, the clothes say different story. My prepregnancy jeans are large. 1 month ago almost same weight they were tight. I think I'm putting on some muscles. Will confirm with the tape. Insanity must do the difference.

Saw there are people here who also did insanity, some people lost nice numbers. Ive read that in order to get nice number you must eat 40% protein. Lean meat, low fat milk and yogurt and chese eggs(careful with the eggs they also bring fat).40% carbs, and 20% healthy fat.

almost 2000 calories/day. 5 mealsday. Each meal 300-400 cals. But everything counts. The coffee, the sugar u put in and so forth.
