Need to find others with over 100 pounds to lose...
A couple of months ago, I read
this story
, and my thinking about fat loss hasn't really been the same since. It's about a guy who lost 186lbs in a year, and how he did it. It's the one article that's motivated me, more than anything else, to keep at it.
I hope you guys find it as useful as I did.

More nutritional info
Is there a way for me to see exactly how much fiber, sugar, vitamins, etc. that I'm having through the day?

Cardio then Weight Lifting vs Weightlifting then Cardio
Check out the following website - read the articles. They're written by men, but work for both sexes. As to the answer to your question - you burn more calories from a heavy weight lifting workout than from a heavy cardio session, and a good weight lifting workout (lift heavy weights - it won't make you bulky unless you eat to become big) will increase your metabolism through the day. That's why it's typically better to do your lifting first, when you have more energy. Save your cardio for last. Good luck!
