BLUE LAGOONIE LOONIES: SUMMER B.E.A.C.H. CHALLENGE
Tally
Well done Laurel Lu. I had a bad Saturday too and gave in to Burger King also - was surprised to see how many points were in the meal! I will be giving that a miss next time - but I do recommend Subway, they have loads of options that are between 4-6 points for a 6" sub and really tasty too.
My tally for Saturday was only a 2, didn't do any exercise and used up all the points I saved for the week on white choc maltesers at the cinema!
My tally for Sunday is a 5! Wow my first 5 and it feels great :c) I stuck to mypoints and even made up for what I was over on Saturday. I did the full Charlie Brooks DVD workout and although I was completely shattered I felt great.

BLUE LAGOONIE LOONIES: SUMMER B.E.A.C.H. CHALLENGE
Well week one out the way. ImLuuved you are so right, changing your habits is really hard. Hasn't been a really successful week (I'm still struggling to find motivation to get up and workout in the morning) but I have been more active this week, thanks to BEACH - I didn't want to let our team down. One habit that I have kicked into gear is walking my dog when I get home from work, he is loving that.
Way to go everyone.

Summer B.E.A.C.H. Challenge!
Tally Day 3 + '?'
Today I give myself a 4. Have stuck to my points for a whole week now and no slip ups! I also did my yoga dvd when I got in too, always feel so good afterwards. But I didn't get up early and work out so no 5 for me.....
Go Blue Team!
Do we have a name yet?

Summer B.E.A.C.H. Challenge!
Tally
I give myself a 4 for today. I stuck to my points and pulled my ass out of bed at 6am to workout on my Wii for 30 minutes. Felt great and really please with myself this morning.
Blue team
My vote is for Blue Lagoonie Loonies
