My name is Leanne. I'm 36 years old. A few years ago while following the South Beach Diet, I lost 81 lbs. Unfortunately I went through a very rough time which ended in divorce and I turned to emotional eating, so I gained 50 lbs back.

It's a few years later now and I'm ready to get the extra 50 lbs I gained back, off again. I wouldn't mind losing an additional 30 lbs or so after that but I am making 50 lbs my current goal. I am changing my eating habits an making much healthier choices! The good news is - I have a wonderful fiance that is working with me and helping me through it all! We will be married on Dec., 4th, 2011!

I know how to lose the weight, as I have done it before, so I just need to get my mindset right. I think I am now at that point. I just have to remember to repeat to myself...I CAN DO THIS! I hope to meet some people here to share stories, thoughts and ideas with :o)

Wii Fit Plus
I use the Wii Fit Plus and I really love it because it makes working out fun. If you are only using the Wii Fit, I highly suggest buying the wii Fit PLUS. It has many many more options on there and you can even set up a routine workout if you wish. It's fun and that is one of the things that motivates me to use it. In addition to the Wii Fit Plus, I also use Just Dance 2. When you're dancing you are getting in some good cardio and you don't even realize it - until later when you feel it! It even has a calorie burning section. These work well for me. I pulled my LCL about 9 weeks ago and I am just not getting to where I can workout some and these have helped me a lot! Good luck in whatever you decide!
