Busy day, no time to work out, ate at E&B's. Things are, however slowing down. Marcia has a busy weekend through Saturday. I will cook
tonight. We have eggplant in the garden so I will try that.
"Fatsecret" is a good tool. Keeping track of what you eat and knowing the calories attached to different foods will help me keep
my weight where I want it, that is if I follow the plan of keeping around 165 lbs. We will see.

It is not healthy to over weight.
I want to be healthy.
I believe that weight is a function of how one eats and excercises.
I already excercise regularly, but I have no knowledge of food or how to manage my diet.
I have read that my ideal weight is 165 lbs. My goal is to
reach this weight and hold it there by managing diet along with excercise.
I am looking forward to learning about food.
I will syn. my computer and phone to help keep good records.
I will try to make daily entrise, but no promises there.
